At Goldenmont, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products used or opened (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • The product will be inspected
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

4. Replacement Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product condition and availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
